Dear Parents and Learners,

SCHOOL FEES
Parents are reminded that fees are due on the 7th of each month. Please set up debit orders to ensure that your fees are paid on time. Your co-operation in this regard helps with the smooth running of the school.

SCHOOL ENDING TIMES
The school day officially ends at 14:15 (Monday to Friday). Please note that school will no longer end early on Friday. All learners must be collected promptly by 15:15 every day after school.

LATE COLLECTIONS
Parents are urged to ensure that learners collected from school on time. Any learners left on the pavement after 15:15 will be taken to the Aftercare and parents will be charged R60 fees. No learner may be left on the pavement unattended.

HOMEWORK
Parents are requested to ‘check-up’ on their child’s homework habits. There are some learners who are not doing their homework in both Foundation and Intermediate Phases. As outlined in the Intermediate Phase Information Talks, these learners are being issued with demerits that will lead to a Thursday afternoon detention. Please assist us to see that your child does homework.

AFTER-CARE
The After-care offers a light lunch as well as supervised homework. After-care fees are R800 per month. If you are interested in making use of the after-care, please send your child to the office to collect application forms.
